The City of El Segundo and the El Segundo Sea Turtles Swim Team (ESST) is seeking a part-time contract swim coach who is organized, enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to work with youth ages 6-14. George E. Gordon Clubhouse and playgrounds to close for roof repair
The George E. Gordon Clubhouse and adjacent playgrounds will be closed on Saturday, February 11th from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM so that work crews can finish roof repairs to the building. Residents will still be able to register in person for 2nd session swim lessons between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on that same day. For more information, please contact (310) 524-2362.

Recreation Park Fiber Optics Project Facility Closures
Due to the installation of new fiber optics at Recreation Park, phone lines will be down at all Recreation Park facilities including the Checkout Building, George E. Gordon Clubhouse and the Joslyn Center between the hours of 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday, February 3rd. The Clubhouse phone lines will also be down on Friday, February 10th from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM as well.
Each of these facilities will be open to the public for walk-in assistance during these times.
